She has been supporting my company with helping us to recruit staff members for our nurseries and her attention to detail in finding us the right candidates has been outstanding. Sarah Hall has been working for us as a freelance consultant for some time now. The idea was this would be short lived and we would recruit to this position. Sarah has been invaluable and we cannot let her go so have continued to use her on a set hourly contract, which is actually more cost effective than employing our own HR / Recruitment manager. Sarah has taken a group of nurseries with a significant amount of vacancies, reliant on agency to a handful of manageable vacancies in just months! She has also helped with day to day HR - grievance, AWOL staff, absence management etc....as well as leading on bigger ticket items restructures, redundancies, potential tribunal cases...... There is nothing she cannot deal with and has sector knowledge and experience which for me is key as we are a little different to other industries!! Great person, great company, quality service which is quick and is not as expensive as you might think!!
