Jodie Wilson - Assoc CIPD
Jodie Wilson is a seasoned HR professional with over 10 years of experience in a vary of elements in the HR field. She has a passion for fostering positive workplace cultures and supporting companies in attracting and retaining top talent. With a wealth of knowledge in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management, Jodie is dedicated to delivering exceptional HR services to organisations and their employees. Jodie has worked in a range of businesses and understands the strains and pressures of implementing HR strategies in small to medium sized businesses where she has executed this herself. Jodie is the owner of Engage HR and her vision for the business is to thoroughly understand the individual needs of each client and creates customised HR solutions that drive business success. She is committed to providing a personalised experience and delivering results that make a real impact.
Shelley Poole - MSc
Shelley is an established HR Consultant who works with Engage HR on an associate basis. Shelley has over ten years of experience within HR, and prior to becoming an HR Consultant has previously worked in HR and management roles for organisations including Barclays and the RNLI. Shelley’s skills include managing employee relations matters (such as disciplinary and grievance cases), developing successful HR strategy and leading organisational change projects, such as restructuring. She is also experienced in Trade Union negotiations. Shelley is currently undertaking PhD research into the topic of employee voice, and has substantial experience in the education sector as a lecturer specialising in teaching management and HR. She is also a trustee of an education charity, and is the Vice Chair of the West of England branch of the CIPD.
